We ask that you notify the spa within 24 hours to cancel or make changes to existing appointments. A 100% charge will be incurred for any services not canceled 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
CHECK-IN:
Please arrive 15 min prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please allow additional time for parking.
Late Arrival – In the event that you are running late for your appointment, please notify the spa as soon as possible. Late arrivals may be asked to reschedule or shorten service time.
spa environment:
To maintain a relaxing spa environment we ask that you please silence cell phones and speak quietly while visiting the spa.
Minors:
Any minor under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult during time of service. Small children are not permitted in treatment/relaxation rooms.
Lost or Stolen Items:
Pavitra Organic Day Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Gift Cards/Certificates:
Gift cards and certificates are not refundable.
ATTENTION GUESTS: Please note that the spa employs products that may contain nuts. Additionally, while effort is made to prevent cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that our facilities are entirely free from traces of nuts. If you have a nut allergy, kindly inform our staff before your treatment.
